Payment will only be processed upon mutual agreement that the website design and functionality meet the client’s liking and upon acknowledgment that the website is fully functional.
2. Satisfaction Guarantee: We take pride in our work and strive to deliver a website that aligns with your vision and requirements. We offer a 30-day guarantee on the functionality of the website. If any anomalies or issues arise within this period, we will provide free repairs and resolve them promptly.
3. Refund Eligibility: Once the website has been delivered and the client has accepted its functionality and design, refunds will not be issued. Our refund policy is not applicable after the website has been officially delivered to the client.
4. Cancellation Policy: If you decide to cancel the website creation service before the completion and delivery of the website, you will not be charged any fees. However, once the website is completed and delivered, the payment is considered final, and the refund policy mentioned above comes into effect.
5. Communication and Resolution: If you encounter any issues or have concerns about the website’s functionality or design, please reach out to our customer support team as soon as possible. We are committed to working closely with you to address any problems and ensure your satisfaction.

Social Media Marketing Service
At Ma-Media, we are committed to delivering effective and result-driven social media marketing services to our clients. We understand the importance of your satisfaction, and we have established the following refund policy to ensure transparency and fairness in all transactions:
1. Payment and Billing Cycle: Our social media marketing service operates on a 28-day billing cycle. Payment from the client is due every first day of the cycle for the upcoming service period.
2. Refund Eligibility:
a) Full Refund (Days 1-5): Clients are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid to Ma-Media within the first 5 days of the billing cycle. If you are dissatisfied with our services for any reason during this period, you are entitled to a complete refund.
b) Partial Refund (Days 6-14): Clients are eligible for a refund equivalent to 50% of the amount paid to Ma-Media within the first 14 days of the billing cycle. If you decide to discontinue our services within this timeframe, you will receive a refund of half the amount paid to MA-Media.
3. Exclusions from Refund: Please note that no refund is available for any portion of the amounts paid to the social media marketing platforms (e.g., advertising budgets or fees charged by the platforms themselves). Refunds are applicable only to the service fees charged by Ma-Media.
4. Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team via support@ma-media.digital within the eligible refund periods mentioned above. We will initiate the refund process and work diligently to ensure that your refund is processed in a timely manner.
5. After Refund Period: Refunds will not be issued for cancellations requested after the specified refund periods (days 1-5 and days 6-14). Once the refund window has passed, the payment is considered final, and no further refunds will be provided.
6. Modifications and Cancellations: Clients who wish to make modifications to their social media marketing service or cancel their subscription can do so at any time. However, the refund policy outlined above will apply based on the timing of the modification or cancellation request.
